Interactive Visits

MY PARK AUSTRALIA will enable people around the world to make virtual visits to the Park using the latest technologies. We will be using the most up-to-date technologies to enable schoolchildren (and others) to experience the joy of making virtual visits and interacting together with the animals in real time. International schoolchildren will also be able to interact in the park with Australian school children and learn about each other and their languages.

The interaction will therefore involve three levels, namely live video streaming, virtual reality visits and augmented reality visits by Holoportation. GPS tracking systems will enable specific animals to be located and viewed, via video streaming and interaction with that particular animal via augmented reality visits, using the latest headsets. Live streaming (real time) will take place using 360-degree cameras, HoloLens Imaging and augmented reality headsets and holographic technologies.

VIRTUAL REALITY

Virtual Reality (VR) uses devices to create a simulated environment. VR places the user inside an experience, rather than watching from the outside. Users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds, rather than just interacting with a screen.

AUGMENTED REALITY

Augmented and virtual realities both leverage some of the same types of technology, and they each exist to serve the user with an enhanced or enriched experience. Augmented reality enhances experiences by adding virtual components such as digital images, graphics, or sensations as a new layer of interaction with the real world.

Holoportation

This will provide the ultimate experience for visitors.

We will be creating an interactive-telepresence, connecting remote users together, where they can collaborate, visualise and share 3D information across the internet.
